Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Request is made within 14 days of delivery

• Item is unused and in its original packaging

• Plushies must be in new, resaleable condition for hygiene reasons

Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at plushiesandco.in@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The item you want to return

• Reason for return

• Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Your refund will be approved or denied

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
