Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. You will be notified of any major delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Addresses

 Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Plushies & Co. is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Lost packages due to address errors

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are handed to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
